Why raw?
Most fast food is engineered to survive a fryer and a freezer. Ours is engineered to taste like it just left the garden — because it basically did.
Food is fuel. Processed food is fuel with the good parts taken out. We just… skipped the processing part.
🌡️ Never heated above 118°F
That's the line in the raw-food world, and we never cross it. No grills, no ovens, no fryers in the building at all. Chopping, blending, cold-pressing, dehydrating at low temps, and sprouting — that's the whole kitchen.
🧃 Cold-pressed everything
Our juices are pressed, not cooked or pasteurized with heat. Smoothies are blended to order. Bowls are assembled from whole produce prepped that morning. If it sat in a warehouse, it doesn't make the menu.
🌱 Sprouted & alive
We sprout lentils, chickpeas and seeds in-house. Sprouting wakes the seed up — it gets crunchier, sweeter, and easier to enjoy. It's the liveliest thing you'll ever eat from a drive-thru window.
Quick answers
What does "raw" actually mean here?
It means no ingredient is ever heated above 118°F. Everything on our menu is made from whole fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts, prepared with cold techniques: chopping, blending, cold-pressing, marinating and low-temperature dehydrating.
Will I actually get full?
Yes — and that's by design. Our bowls and wraps are built around hearty ingredients: avocado, nuts, seeds, sprouted legumes and coconut. These are filling, calorie-dense whole foods, portioned like real meals, not side salads.
Is raw food just for vegans?
Our menu happens to be plant-based, but Bodymanna isn't a club with membership rules — it's a fast-food joint. If you like mangoes, avocados and food that crunches, you'll like it here, whatever you normally eat.
